We stand behind the quality of our Service. If you are not completely satisfied with your Darvesh Pro subscription, we offer a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
Eligibility for Refunds
You are eligible for a refund if:
- You request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase
- You have not violated our Terms of Service
- You have not previously received a refund for the same subscription period
Please note: The 14-day guarantee applies only to your first payment. Subsequent renewal charges are not eligible for refunds, though you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@darvesh.com with:
- Your account email address
- The date of your subscription purchase
- A brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund (optional but helpful)
We will process your refund request within 2-3 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. When you cancel:
- You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
- Your account will automatically revert to the Free plan at the end of the billing period
Cancellations do not automatically trigger a refund. If you wish to receive a refund, you must request one separately within the 14-day window.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Requests made more than 14 days after the initial purchase
- Subscription renewals (only the first payment is eligible)
- Accounts that have been terminated for violating our Terms of Service
- Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated refund requests)
Payment Processing
All payments and refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment processor. Paddle handles all payment data securely and in compliance with international payment standards. For questions about payment processing, you may also contact Paddle directly.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
